Contacted this company on a weekend via email concerning my fridge part of my fridge freezer not working. I promptly got an email back offering some free knowledgeable advice before calling anyone out to fix the problem. The advice fixed the problem and the fridge is now working like new and I didn’t have to pay any call out fee!
